Beci McCaughran is currently working across Saffron Academy Trust primaries to develop teaching and learning as well as working for the Saffron Alliance Teaching School to promote primary research and CPD. Over her time as Deputy Headteacher and SLE, she has supported schools to develop English, phonics, support for early careers teachers and curriculum change. She also works as an Associate Lecturer at the University of Cambridge, on the Early Years PGCE course.
